These are Kai's Tips...
The good old days when Adobe Photoshop was at version 2.0 and being online ment using AOL (oh wait, people still use AOL?), Kai Krause created a set of tutorials called "Kai's Power Tips". Kai leter went on to form the company Metatools and created the Photoshop plugins KPT (Kai's Power Tools). I have taken these tips and started to convert them to a new HTML format and added some extras so they can still be used in today's version of Photoshop. It is actually pretty amazing how much the tutorials still applies today. Of course most of these things are now automated with layer effects or other new features of Photoshop.
Anyway, I just want to thank Kai for producing these tips way-back-when!
One more note... I have not gotten permission directly from Kai to reproduce these, so if you know where he is, let me know. I want to make sure his copyright is fully upheld, but also wanted to make sure these tips are still avaiable to the public.
