After a delayed spring with weather below average, summer is hitting hard this week. The weather channel is calling for 100+ degrees and high humidity. I have been installing power and data circuits in a house in Lake of The Woods. It should turn out pretty nice when it is finished. I am starting to look for a 'real' job now - getting back into more of the computer hardware/software web integration or multimedia type job. Well, It is February already and today was in the 70's outside. They are calling for more of the same tomorrow. I am still working with Teresa's dad on his home addition. We put down some tile yesterday and should be working on the hardwood floors next. Most of the electrical is done (outlets, ceiling fixtures, switches) so some interior doors and some trim should be all that is needed after the hardwood floors are done.

I learned yesterday that SONY's ImageStation will be shutting down next year, Feb. 1st, 2008. I will be moving my photos that are hosted there to a new location, but have not decided where yet.

Happy June 2007... The year is flying by. We sold the old house and working to get the new house fit for summer. That means yard work, setting up the new pond, and getting everything organized inside the house (and garage).

Adobe will be talking about their new applications today at 3:30pm EDT. It looks like the video apps will not be coming out until later in the summer, but Adobe Photoshop CS3 will be here soon! The other cool observation is Adobe's DVD creation software, Adobe Encore CS3, is now being bundled with Premiere Pro CS3. The upgrade cost ($299) is a bit higher, but if you only have one or the other, you get both in the upgrade. Cool.
